Cancellation & Refund Policy:

For customers who purchase turbans from our website, we offer a 15-day window for returns. If there is a manufacturing deffect in the product , you may request a Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by contacting our support team at Sales@gnpagrihouse.com . Once you have received your RMA number, you may arrange for a collection of your items to be returned to us. Please note that our ‘Guidelines for Exchanges and Cancellations’ policy will apply to all returns.

We will accept returns for turban orders if the material is defective, We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on gnpagrihouse.com. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that a monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate.

Please make sure to return your items in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected during transit.
